lost pigsback points

Hi,

Sometime last week I am sure I had approximately 461 points and when I logged in at the weekend it went back down to 401 points. Pigsback are denying that any have been deducted and they have checked with their Tech team and say that there has been no faults in the system.

I have probably now lost these points but I am reluctant to continue in case this happens again and again. I have told them as much but as I can't prove it I think they think I am trying to blag more points.

Any advice?

I've never "lost" points like that so i don't think it's a regular occurance. I guess at the end of the day though it's up to you whether you want to carry on. May be worth taking screen shots of everything though so at least you would have some evidence if things like this happen again.

Personally I feel you're still effectively getting something for nothing with these sites and all have minor issues, but it's not like you're actually losing anything as you never had it to start with.

Take a screen shot of your points total everytime you log in, just in case it happens again.

I only gain points through clickthroughs so the 60 points are not for any specific purchase or anything.
