Spark - supplier prices

Did Spark just raise its prices? I got the letter from Ebico saying prices were going up. I did an online check last week and Spark were coming in at an annual saving of £150.

I was all set to throw in the towel, but was going to come here and ask you guys if Spark was due for a price increase.

However I just checked today, and now spark is £10 more expensive on elec and £63 cheaper on Gas, overall they would now be £53 cheaper.

So have they just upped their price?

Hmmm, but neither is Ebico price rise mentioned - April 1st, perhaps they don't include Ebico or Spark in that list.

Well it's still showing as Spark & N power bothe beating my Ebico by about £54
And if I change the meter to pre payment, Ebico is £120 below it's closest competitor with Npower being about £163 above Ebico.

So I have decided to stick with Ebico and not support the other suppliers who treat pre payment customers SOoooo outrageously - Which is ofcourse the whole idea behind Ebico.

Seems if they are accredited by Energywatch and abide by the Confidence Code, then they are the good guys.

Seems the small providers are not in the picture.
Unless Ebico are under the Southern Electric banner.
With Ebico being the most ethical company doesn't say much for Energywatch.
