3 white goods wanted, how do I get best deal?

I want to buy a cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. How do I go about getting the best deal? Is it worth emailing suppliers to ask for a multiple item discount?

There are sometimes extra multi-buy discounts on Comet/Dixons/Currys for some items, so worth looking in the bigger name suppliers.

Also you get cheaper delivery charges this way, too. Boots has a £19.99 charge regardless of the quantity of items. Advantage card points too!

Do a Pricerunner check from the link at the top of Martins site, to make sure it all adds up.

Don't forget the Discount Codes forum, too!!

& buy on your Nationwide credit card for an extra years warranty free, if you have one.

Or consider EmpireDirect for 3 years warranty on anything you buy over £200, for a one off £29.99. Valid for a year!

wo wo wo hold on there son. You can't mention John Lewis and not mention their price match policy.

John Lewis will price match any brick and mortar store, as long as the said store has the item in stock.

Most people use this on their electronics goods to get get the free 5 year warranty.
