Help to claim from Yorkshire bank & Mint

Hi

Firstly, thanks in advance for any help provided its appreciated

Just read Martins guide in reclaiming credit card charges, pretty straight forward but left me with a few question i hope someone can help me with.

I have 2 cards i would like to claim for one with yorkshire bank and one with mint both are closed accounts of which i dont know the account details an they have been closed for about 2 years...so

1) can anyone advise how or even if i can claim when i dont know the details
2) Has anyone had any dealings with either mint (Royal bank of scotland) or yorkshire bank who can advise me WHO i write my letters to??

I figure for yorkshire bank i could write to local branch but i didnt think this would be the right thing to do perhaps a head office?

Any advice really appeciated.
