Want me benefit paid into a different bank account

I am on IB, how do i go about having me benefits paid into a different bank account and is it possible to change my payment frequency ?

Comments

  • You can either call the IB dpt direct or send a letter telling them of new account details. You can request to change your payment frequency, but this will be down to them to decide.

does anyone have the contact details for the IB dpt ? it seems to be very confusing these days about who you contact regarding IB depending on the enquiry.
