    i landed up going back to bed miz wasnt feeling too good at all to be honest ...got dizzy at one point...but im sure i'll be fine ...now energy i havnt been too successful on that front ...will keep looking though

    I find bottled energy works well, as in lucozade...hope you feel better soon, those night shifts are a drain aren't they?

    they certainly are bob take alot more out of me now than they did even just a year ago ....well the good news is hubby doesnt have p.m.r so that is a relief unfortunatley it doesnt say what he does have so in a way we are no further forward but atleast one thing is ruled out ...i handed my notice into the c.a.b today i honestly didnt want to do it but i need to do overtime now so it couldnt be helped

    Thats true.... returners are always welcomed with open arms. This is just temporary for you. Its a horrible thing to have happened, really awful, but you can get through it.

    thanks hypno and karma you are both right ofcourse.....they wernt to happy at me leaving to be honest...not horrible (far from it) but they didnt want me to go... i can totally understand why they rely on volunteers and with the kinda back ground i have it is perfect for that type of work i was given many compliments (which is always nice to hear) and hugs and kisses but unfortunately hug and kisses wont help my hubby or pay the defecit in wages i have to make up ...onwards and upwards though i know i can go back when the time is right
