Make sure you DO rest that knee tomorrow - you don't want to be doing any lasting damage to it.

I am worried that you are doing too much on it xx

cheers everyone... well my knee...it's been feeling strange for the last few days as i'm sure i told you ...i finally figured out how to describe it ...on my right side of the knee (where it's swollen and there is a huge lumpy thing) it feels like when youve been to the dentist and had jags to numb your mouth but the jags have started to wear off...it's not sore like sharp stabbing pain it's more sore as in sensitive...when i press on the lumpy bit it's like another part of bone moves up and hits the bit of skin where it feels like a wearing off jag ...the swelling has got really bad but i dont think walking in high heels helped and the amount of walking i have done for the last few days either ...but i did rest it for the full night on the night shift and am now in bed resting it again will rest it right through till sunday morning when i go to work on job no2 then will rest it for as much as i can all next week ...

not heard anything back from hsbc so will give them till tuesday then contact them again ...
