Actually, I have a bag of crystallised ginger. Some will be making little ginger biscuits (which are truly gorgeous, think I've posted the recipe before), but some will now be for ginger chocolates:T0 -

I'm going to have to start a campaign to ban sweetie, biscuit, chocolate recipes out of sheer self defence. Defending my waist line and my teeth! <sigh> Threads like this one are altogether far too tempting!
