Part exchange on new build - nationwide?

Does anyone know which builders offer nationwide part exchange? We are moving from Leicestershire to Lancashire. We are not decided if we are buying a new build, but just wanted to know.
We were told by Barrat that we would have to be within 'Greater Manchester division', which Leicestershire obviously is not.
There is a house I quite like by Morris homes, and they are offering part exchange on it (and it is at about the sme price as old houses in the area, but with bigger bedrooms). Does anybody know if Morris offer nationwide part exchange and if they 'offers' are any good?
We are trying to sell our hosue at the moment, but if it doesn't happen, we mayneed to consider part exchange. Especially as I might be starting a new job up north in a month or so...

We are in the West Midlands and my friend part exchanged on a new property in Derbyshire (about 40 miles away I suppose) with David Wilson.
We are part exchanging with Bellway but staying local so not sure about them.0 -
Well we are looking at about 120-140 miles away! Will have to talk with the builder next time I am up north.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
