Change Email to Outlook Express

Is there a simple way to transfer my E Mail which is a google address from Microsoft Office which I do not like or need to Outlook Express which I was on before new computer 2 months ago.

Yes you need to go into gmail settings to do so.
Log into gmail then click on the setting link top right and then follow the instructionsMy opinions are purely my own act on them at your own risk :think:0
