Item not showing in my ebay

My daughter bought an item over a week ago on ebay. The paypal payment has gone through. When she checked her "my ebay" it is not showing under items won. A little worried as seller has not replied when she asked whether the item has been posted.
By the way the seller has good feedback.
Can anyone advise?

May have disappeared from My ebay summary. Try clicking on "won" on left hand side under "buying". If not send a polite but firm message to seller as I believe items should be sent within 7 days of payment!

I wouldn't worry just yet. The seller can't remove the item from your "my ebay" section. As you've purchased your item using paypal remember you may be entitled to a refund. As you have waited a week I would lodge a dispute with ebay and paypal to get things moving.
