Which Flash Drive?

We want a flash drive to store some files etc... on whilst i am going to have reformat pc, does anyone know which are the best/cheapest (but good) would ideally like 8gb flash drive.

There are so many to choose from, dont have a clue where to start.

    Very happy with the Verbatim ones we use in the office. We have 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB drives. Never had a problem with any of them.

    They are all similar, but some offer much faster transfer speeds, as with most things in life, you get what you pay for!

    The Corsair brand often offer the fastest transfers (reads and writes) in independent tests. Depends how important speed is to you.

    I'm current using a Kingston DataTraveler Elite, which is quite fast.

    Don't touch eBay for items like this, unless you know who you are buying from, there are 1000s of fakes (lower capacity etc) listed.

    Try www.mymemory.co.uk I've always had great service from them, and orders under a certain value (£16 I believe) are free from VAT as they are based in Jersey.

    It probably just got lost in the postal system. They send out a replacement if that happens.
