More Vistaprint problems - massive overcharging!

Like so many, I've been caught out by Vistaprint's rewards scheme. Fortunately I got my money back. As a result I am ultra careful when using their site. Last night I responded to one of their emails and chose a number of the 'free' items. By the time I had got to checkout I had spent the princely sum of £2.98 + postage + tax. When the screen offering the option to print off a copy of my order appeared, I duly did so to find that the order is now over £74! I called the freephone number straight away but it goes to America and they aren't open until (I calculate) midday BST. I've emailed to say I don't want the goods at this price, which strangely are a mix of the free offer price and full price and, yes, the email offer is still valid (or why else would it have shown the 'free' price on screen?) but I know from previous experience that they ignore emails. My credit card (they who say 'there has to be a better way') are not interested. Vistaprint seem to have a 'no cancellation' policy, yet I contacted them within 5 minutes so they can't have really started my order in that time.
Is this Vistaprint's new scam?
Has anyone else fallen victim to something similar?
Anyone any suggestions?
Many thanks,
Sue

Hi, I haven't fallen foul so far but do know that when ever I click through from their free offers emails it doesn't seem to be correct and different offers appear on my account.
I haven't chanced it and hope you manage to get everything sorted0 -
Thanks. The goods on the order are exactly those I ordered, nothing more. Just their system has decided between checkout and printing order to change the amounts the charge me on some items to full price.
The (now ex) credit card company said that because I couldn't show them a printout of the order at the right price, to supprt an overcharge there was nothing they could do. That would seem to apply to everything you could buy on the internet - unless you get an invoice and then pay that to get a receipt. My CC company were unsympathetic, unhelpful and dismissive. They are right, there is a better way, I've taken it.
I guess this will come to down to 'buyer beware', this company are dishonest.0
