Log in.  Click on Print Credits (right hand side) - There is a box for the offer code to be entered a little down the page after Buy Print Credits.

I have tried to order some today (refered!) and therefore should be able to order 35 free photos (have ordered a few deals for family of the past week or so, referring to ensure that they get 35 free and we get an additional 10). However, today for some reason it is not taking off the print credits when you go to check out, only the 25 free are applied (despite 10 print credits being displayed in the summary and Print Credits box).

Any ideas?  I am wanting to get a few more presents (orders) sent off over the weekend before the offer expires.

    Many thanks

    Mr B

Does anyone know if Carphone Warehouse Photos is run by another company?

I have a £13.25 credit note with 'Internet Cameras Direct' and when I registered with CPW a £13.25 credit appeared in my CPW account.

I am assuming this is the case. ICD have given me exceptional service for years now, they are very good. I do not want to abuse this offer (too much).

thanks steeev , got my prints they are FAB.
  • this the last day of this offer, until the next code is found anyway ;-)

i think this offer should be still valid till sometime 2nite ? midnight perhaps? btw you dont have to upload your photos by then, just sign up with the code, and you will get the free print credits & p+p, to use at your leisure :)

steeev, how do you get free p+p? It is charging me £1.50 p+p at checkout.

I've used this offer code CPW-TG96YKPN but is only giving me 25 free prints, it doesn't count the 10 free prints I get when i got refered.

    any idea ???

    Hi guys,

I also found the same problem.

Ordered 35 prints but charged me the proce of 10 prints at £1.90 even though i had 10 credits free through referrals. :-/

Oh well, can't complain too much.

    £1.90 for 35 prints isn't too bad a deal. ;)
  • Thanks Steev - I would have paid over £6 for the excellent quality photos I've just received if I had taken them down to Boots.

I also found that I had to pay £1.90, so I emailed CS and they have credited my Carphone account with the 1.90 - so next time I have photos to print I will have the 10 credits plus the £1.90

sorry to hear some people were getting charged, due to them changing their system. though if you contact their customer service as astronaut has done you may get the credit refunded.

btw anybody know the new code for this month? :)
