I had the 35 prints sent to me within 48 hours of uploading.
Since then I have ordered £20 worth of prints and again they have been sent to me within 48 hours

did you read my post fully? it says it might appear that you only have 10 credits, but you will actually have 35 if you have followed the instructions correctly...

try this, upload 35 images, then add them to your shopping basket and see what the total cost comes to, if it doesnt show £0.00 then maybe u didnt enter the offer code correctly, try and enter the offer code for the 25 free prints again. And if that doesnt work, try emailing the websites support department, maybe they will be able to help you.
