When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free.
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging the washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important.
Today I will:
Hi to any new posters:wave:  and hi to all the regulars:hello: :hello:

Morning all- after a distinctly un-DFW weekend away I'm back on it today. So the plan is-
~Washing in machine, at 30 of course, will be dried on airer (unless the weather perks up)
~Do weekly meal plan, shopping list then go shopping, using lots of money off vouchers.
~Do some eBay listings
~Do OnePoll surveys and Pigsback clicks.
I think that's it, but I also want to do a budget for the next month as I'm about to change jobs and it will be a tight one!

Crikey, not many posts on here today. Lets hope everyone is busying with dfw things and doesn't have time to post. This is my only night in this week, have lots of training, work and trips out with friends so won't be posting much on here over the next week, will try and find the time though!
My dfw things for today are:
-Have checked for mystery shops but none available that i can do
-In the process of doing some daily clicks as we speak.
-Make a storecupboard meal for tea
-Will check online banking
-Place some matched bets
-Fill in application form for job i've seen
-Look for another job
-Upload shop and scan scanner
-Do some searches on mysearch funds
-Do some studying for O.U course
-Try and finish my piece for my massage course
-Sort out some of paper work
-Try and sort out where my finances are at
-Begin looking at how to implement changes to my job now that i will be going part time as of Friday at a new place and will be embarking on my new 'life'
Have a good day everyone.:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j

Just checked for mystery shops, anyone here with Retail Eyes? Got an assignment that says shop fee £0 spending limit £50 and need to know if they pay £50 whatever the spend, or if they do just give you back what you spend. I also have to make a phone call as part of the assignment, and drive a fair distance.0

I'm with retail eyes but can't help you! As far as i'm aware whenever i have bought anything from them, i have been reimbursed what i have spent, rather than the amount i can spend up to.:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j

I have checked online banking. I also managed to change my mind about dinner so that we didn't have to buy chesse so saved £3. Having salmon from the freezer instead of pizza. Yum. I will have done some planting of seeds later on and tidied my house a bit (I hope!)Also only spent £1.98 but budgetted for items. Also got £5 from my change jar changed up at the bank. Haven't decided what to use it for yet...2022 Comp total (prizes + free spins): £494.81 #20 £12 a day Jan: £382.95/£372 #57 360 1p challenge: £17.70 £10 a day Feb: £571.09/£280 March: £311.96/£3100
