Cashplus Gold or Titanium?

I have cashplus titanium and wondered if anyone else has ever paid money onto it by standing order or bill payment?
On the cashplus website for teh godl card says you can pay by standing order no mention on titanium site but whichever one you log onto take you to same place to check your account, the payee, account number and sort code is the same for gold or titanim and both let you pay salaries in using these numbers so if I set up electronic transfer or standing order would they know the difference ?
Anyone done this before I do in case my money goes to cyber space and never comes back ?

sorry but cashplus sucks why wud u want a prepaid credit card ? it sorta defeats the pupose juss stick to a normal debit card0

not everyone can get a normal credit or debit card so cashplus is handy to pay for things over the internet.TOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T0 -

A pre-paid card would build up your credit history if you had no or poor history, a debit card won'tOfficial DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 784 - Proud to be dealing with my debts0 -

I have been using this card abroad.
Recently I ran into problems. I now agree that cashplus sucks!
Usually they say the money should be in the account 30 minutes after loading.
I have loaded a couple of times only for me to go online and see that the money has not been credited many many hours after.
When you call the Customer Services number-0871 277 5599, they give you extended information exactly as it appears on their web site, information that you really don't need and the phone options that they give you simply take you round and round until you go back to option 1.
At all times they dont give you the option of speaking to a customer assistant. I cant believe that when I activated the card, i actually talked to a human being! many moons later, I havent been able to pull it off again!
Just imagine if you were calling from abroad, how much will the call cost you? an arm and a leg, init?
Once you are frustrated enough, their web site is no consolation.

The elections area doesn't work either.
If you try contacting them by email, they'll reply and say emails are for those with disability. So you shouldn't expect an answer.
They are spoiling the reputation of the Post Office,we tend to think that a company working in partnership with the Post Office is credible.
I am thinking of trying Virgin pre-paid.Press Once0
