Printing ebay addresses onto labels?

Is there a way to print my buyers addresses onto labels in a bulk way, ie: with ebay or a piece of software, this would save me so much time writing each one out.

you can get free software/templates with various label print sheets that will create pre-printed address labels. Depends on which pre-cut paper you buy.

I bought a load of "documents enclosed" wallets and print the postal address (using MS publisher although Word would do the job just as well ) on the back of the Paypal packing slip. These fold up and look really good when stuck on the packets. I got the wallets off Ebay fairly cheaply for about 250.

  • Thanks,

Is there a way of importing the addresses into word, or publisher in a bulk way, or do you have to copy and paste each one?
  • I'm not sure. I don't really do any bulk stuff (I get confused when I've parcelled up two or more items and would probably send the wrong thing to the wrong buyer!).

You might find what you're looking for here with regard to downloading your recent sales transactions http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/download-sales.html

I've not tried it myself but if you can get the buyers' address details into a CSV file you could create a label mail merge in MS Word.
