capped Int calls USA @ 10p - 60 min
Europe 20p - 60 min

This is one of BT better Business rates. If you spend so much on calls they are very keen to keep hold of you. Do you have to sign a 12 months contract?0

Be very, very carefull. If you don't meet the required £750 over the year they will then charge you to make it up.
When you say via cheapies, are you using 18866/1899/18185?0 -
not those but another cheap company who gave gr8 ratesEdinburghlass wrote:Be very, very carefull. If you don't meet the required £750 over the year they will then charge you to make it up. Yep. I know that & we spend about £3000 p.a.When you say via cheapies, are you using 18866/1899/18185?0 -
Well, it may take some time but I think you need to sit down and go through your bills for one year. Work out how much went on mobiles, international, UK calls length of time of calls and try looking at one month with these rates they give you just incase the charge are so good that it might bring you below the £750.
Just looking at the charges BT say UK calls 10p for 60 minutes, with 18866 that would be 2p for all day, the rest of the rates are good particularly the mobiles and provided you call International a lot.
Do you have to call 0845 and 0870 numbers? What price is BT charging for those, have look at https://www.call18185.co.uk for good rates.
It would appear that the company you have been using hasn't been great rates if you are paying more than £3000 a year but don't keep it a secret, we all want to know on here what companies give great rates

good thing about it - it seems - is that my spend is spread between about 5 lines at office (+ other bits n pieces i pay for, including 4 x 0800 numbers ) & their £750 pa seems to imply total usage for the 'site'. seems like a good deal.
yea, we make lots of calls to UK mobiles [reps on road] & to international cals but my current carrier gives us good rates anyway ie usa @ 2p israel @ 2.5p europe @ 2.5p etc...0
