I wonder if this is just happening to me.
I have friends and family using 18866 and now for some strange reason when they phone me my caller display is registering the number unavailable and not their number.

18866 does not support caller display, to my knowledge."Some say the cup is half empty, while others say it is half full. However, this is skirting around the issue. The real problem is that the cup is too big."0

I use 18866 and Caller Display does work most of the time. Sometimes it works normally, sometimes you get the full international format number appear on the screen and sometimes it shows nothing at all! My guess is that it depends upon how the call is routed by 18866 as to whether the caller ID is properly sent. This space has been intentionally left blank0

I get the same problem whenever I try and phone my parents (they even don't answer sometimes because they think that it's a marketing call!) although the caller ID always works whenever I try and phone my mobile to test!

This problem isn't limited to Call18866 though. I know people on Telewest and who use OneTel and sometimes when they ring us their number is 'Withheld' or 'Not Available'. It doesn't happen that much to be honest so I put it down to a glitch in the CLI system.0

For the almost 2 years I have been using 18866, I have noticed daytime calls are displayed as "International".
The number is correctly displayed on mobiles as they will display international numbers, BT however hardly display international numbers only the word "International".It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -
haven't had the problem.0

This is when you receive calls on a BT landline by people who use 18866 during the daytime? As it is common knowledge they come up as "International".It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... yeah, still haven't had any problems. I use 18866 and 1899, on a bt landline, and my caller display works fine0
