My husband is registered blind and receives disability living allowance. We use Scottish Power for our gas and electricity, using a meter, and we also have Sky. Where can you find out if they offer any services for customers like us? I've had a look on Scottish Power's website but not found anything

Do you mean braille billing? Or something else?

You mentioned sky - are you asking for AD (Audio Discription) services? You can visit www.audiodescription.org.uk or call the RNIB’s Audio Description helpline on either 08456 01 01 81 or 0161 234 9063*.
For any services that are available you would be able to get information from RNIB, for braille, talking books or any other. Why don't you phone them and ask?0 -
