hoping someone can help.

I am due to be renting a room to a friend in a house i own and live in.

Thanks in advance

  • PM me with your email address.
I have one in a word format.
Lets get this straight. Say my house is worth £100K, it drops £20K and I complain but I should not complain when I actually pay £200K via a mortgage:rolleyes:

As spirit has said, take a look at Landlordzone. See here for their guidance on taking in a lodger

    Hi
Can anyone send me a copy of a rent a room agreement?

    Thanks in advance

  • For goodness sake! This is not the sort of document you should be asking complete strangers to supply to you. Just read the rest of the flipping thread and download the lodger agreement linked to on the LandlordZone site for your own safety.

Posting up your email address is reckless in the extreme as well
