Is this Laptop any good??

I'm looking to buy a laptop in the next week but I don't want to waste my money on something that's not going to be very good or not last long.

I'm not really up to date on which laptops are good or bad buys.

Just wondering if any of you lovely MSE'ers can help.

I have been looking at this one but is it any good?
