Afternoon all
just a quick one if i may.
I have been sent a zip file and for the life of me i cant open it i dont have word i only have microsoft works is there anyway of opening this file??

Its needs to be unzipped first.
There are loads of free zip untilities.
For example: http://www.tucows.com/software.html?t2=1830#softwarebrowser0 -

If you are using Windows XP or Vista you probably won't need to download a zip program.
Right click the zip file and choose 'extract'0 -
As robt said Vista and XP have built it software for unzipping files. However if not, use 7Zip its an amazing free program and can unzip larger files much faster than windows can.0

Much better GUI than 7ZIP imho.0
