Electric Oven / Gas hob ignition query

I have a query regarding the wiring in my new kitchen. Now perhaps it would have been wise of me to note down the old wiring layout before removing it but I didnt so here goes my problem.
Firstly, I have a cooker switch & plug socket mounted above the work surface. This has 6 holes in the rear (2 live, 2 neutral & 2 earth). Now does it matter which holes I put the mains supply into and which ones I run to the cooker connection box behind my oven?
Secondly, I have hunted high & low but cant find the connection diagram for my Bosch HBN7022GB electric double oven. There are two screws in the rear, I guess for live & neutral and a 3rd clearly marked earth. Is there any way of telling which screw I should connect the live to and which the neutral. (I could ring Bosch and ask I suppose)?
Finally, my gas hob has an electric ignition. The wires running from my hob are blue, brown and yellow/green. These were previously connected into the cooker connection box behind the oven and I guess this is still correct? Do I need to connect any other earth cable elsewhere on this hob?
I hope somebody can help me as I am well and truly sick of takeaways now, believe it or not!

Hi sharpey79gfc
Welcome to MSE
As far as I am aware, work in domestic property (especially kitchens and bathrooms) is now governed by Part P of the Building Regs (in addition to the IEE Wiring Regs BS7671 as amended which have always applied), and must be carried out by a Part P qualified professional who is authorised to certify his work. Alternatively, the work may be done by the owner/ordinary electrician with their work being certified by means of 'Building Notice' with the local council.
Just a reminder of the warning at the top of this board:
