Where can i get cheap flax seed oil

Flax seed oil is around 7.50 in boots and lasts me a mnth and i take 2 a day
Ne suggestions?

However i do think that by using the oil alone you are missing out on the benefits of Flax oil lignans and fibre which may be filtered out in the refining process.
It really isn't much trouble to use Natural brown linseed which if you buy in bulk 5kg Suma from your health food shop cost about £5. 45 and grind up a small plastic containers worth each week and give yourself 2 tablespoons daily. You will get the fibre, lignans and oil at a much lower cost. The ground linseed meal can be sprinkled on cereal, mixed with muesli, added to soups casseroles stews etc or simply eaten with stewed fruit or yoghurt. I find a 5kg bag lasts the two of us for about 6 months and works out far cheaper and far better value, given the extra benefits gained from the fibre and lignans , than simply using the oil capsules.
