When I changed from NTL to Broadband I needed to change my telephone calls to the cheapest providers so signed up to the above, which appear to be sister companies.
Unfortunately I used the same credit card details for each and signed up for all.
This meant that when I lost my credit card and had to block that one and wait for a replacement all invoices from the above were rejected.
This meant that they all blocked my accounts and when this happens each blocking affects all the other sister providers and when your account is blocked you cannot change your payment details so are unable to explain you've lost your current credit card and need to tell them the new number.
Because they don't have a telephone helpline you are stuffed. There is no way you can deal with a human being and messages to customer services come back with referral to the FAQ'S. NONE of which tell you how to get out of a multiple blocking scenario where to break the logjam you need to change you credit card details which you are not permitted to do when your account is blocked.

Although you can't phone them, I think some people have managed to get them to call back after filling in the contact form. They only do this in very extreme cases (for everything else you either get a standard email back or no response whatsoever) but I think this is one. Not sure you'd want to give credit card details to people who phone you but maybe you could get them to reset your account. Other than that, althoygh it's not ideal, maybe you could write in to cancel your account and pay up and then open new accounts.0

I have suggested they phone me but they haven't used this way to resolve the dilemma as yet.
I don't care who I give my credit card details to if they can resolve the multiple blocking scenario I've manage to get involved in.My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

When i had payment issues wih card numbers I got an email telling me about it as below. It was some weeks later that I managed to pay the invoice but had no services blocked wonder why?
Did you not get a email like this?
Dear 1899 customer,
We are sorry to inform your bank has declined payment. This could be due to several reasons but unfortunately our creditcard acquirer is not in a position to inform us of the reasons why a card payment has been declined. However to ensure you can continue making discount calls we would like to request alternative payment of your invoice.

1899 have finally unblocked all the accounts today 4.30 7th September after numerous emails and no phone calls from them. But the blocking of changing payment details is a very silly system which prevents you from providing an effective way to pay them if you've lost one card and then had it's replacement stolen. My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program
