kodak easyshare driver help needed

hi all
i have a kodak easyshare c433 digital camera im trying to install the drivers from the website yep all good get my pics off camera ect close kodak programme next day or hour whatever i go to open kodak to get more pics of my camera but the program fails to open i think spyware termanator might be blocking it but i dont know.
does anyone else have this problem

which os are you using xp or vista and are you sure you downloaded the right one...all I can say is uninstall it and re download it making sure you got the right one and see if that helps...:D
