    Hi coolmum, £50 a week for 3 of you is do-able, I'm sure. Meal planning helps me a lot and also making extra amounts and freezing some, but I'm sure you do that already. Anyway, good luck!!

    Hi Coolmum,

    The Grocery Challenge is great, perhaps you could reduce the budget to £70 for a few weeks and work towards £50 to see how it goes. Others say if you do it gradually it causes less of a fuss.
