Anecdotal house price story

Just bumped into a friend who has her house up for sale. It`s a very decent 2 bed terrace in an OK area.
August, the EA put a value of £138,500 on it.Hmmmm, maybe a tad too much but £135k I would have said was about right.Quite a few lookers and just only one very low offer.Apparantly the lookers are going around tons of properties.
Has now dropped the price to by £15,000 which compared to the stuff on wrong move would be very competitive.Still no takers.
This is all happening very quickly now imo.The very thin end of a very long and thick wedge.
