I can't believe that anyone responds to this rubbish - let alone asks about it on this forum. Letters like these should just be thrown in the bin or sent back to the sender with no stamp with a very heavy object in the envelope. They are scammers. The stuuf they send out is rubbish too. There isn't anything of quality in any of their catalogues. I know because I have watched a relative of mine being conned by them for months.0

I have received something in the post to tell me I have won around £6000 in some kind of prize draw. I've read and reread the letter to check all the small print, but doesn't seem to have a catch. Has anyone had any dealings or won anything like this. I sent the details off, so I've got my fingers crossed.

I CONTINUOUSLY GET THIS SO CALLED MAIL, I FEEL THAT IT IS SOMETHING TO AVOID. IT WOULD APPEAR TO BE JUNK MAIL, I HAVE REFUSED IT BUT THEY KEEP SENDING IT. EARLY MARCH I PLACED AN ORDER, NEVER RECEIVED, THEY CASHED MY CHEQUE. NOW I AM ADVISED THAT I HAVE WON A CONSIDERABLE SUM OF MONEY AND WOULD RECCEIVE A CHEQUE WITHIN 48 HOURS, FORM COMPLETED, WINNINGS NOT RECEIVED AS OF TODAY. NO GOODS, NO CERTIFIED CHEQUE, ONE SHOULD BE VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY.0 -

I received confirmation from Vital Beauty that I had won £19,000 about 3 months ago. I sent back their letter marked "sender to pay postage". Yesterday 7.05.08 I received another letter stating that I have now won £15,000 that's when I found this website. I have done some detective work and found a telephone number for Vital Beauty 0870 080 1400. This is their order line I contacted them and told them to remove my details from their mailing list and asked when was I going to receive the £34,000 (lol):rotfl: I was informed that I would have to write to their head office which happens to be in Belgium. One consolation they have informed me that they have removed my details. Anyway if everyone calls the above number it will distrupt and cause inconvenience to their business as this is their order line.
Good luck0 -
The latest prize I've been offered is £21,000, I wonder how high they go. I've never bought anything but I have spent a small amount on postage for 'no purchase' replies. Now though, enough is enough and having read through the forum replies I decided to take the advice and phone Emery Ltd. (if you have a phone/internet price package like mine that only charges extra for mobiles and service calls, don't use the 0870- number, use 01794 527 400) and I was put through to a very pleasant sounding lady who, suprisingly, seemed ready to chat. She said she believes that some people have won prizes but perhaps she has just been conned like everyone else. I still think it is very unlikely. They are only a mail handling Company and are not directly connected to Vital Beauty. I have previously thought that the inclusion, in the intentionally confusing and small print form, of an obvious question that has to be answered was just another one of their safeguards against paying. A lot of replies perhaps just miss it out. However the lady at Emery Ltd was amused by my pointing out that on the latest offer I had received the two answers offered to the question, 'Big Ben is a---' were both wrong. The answers offered were 'clock' or 'mountain'. She was well aware of the correct answer as was I. Big Ben is of course a Bell! I have asked her to take my name off the list. I suggest you all do the same and hopefully stop these scammers from bothering often older and vulnerable people.0

I also received one of those letters claiming I could be the winner of £20,000.00
if only that were true, first of all I never claim for these things because there is usually a catch asking us to order something from their catalogue before they verify our winnings. It is a scam I don't know anyone who wins these things it's a way for people to make money and to fool those into thinking they have won something, nothing in this world is free. For those who have sent off their form or whatever you have to do I hope you do win something. I'd just like to know where they got my name from they've addressed it to a Mrs but I am a Miss.
I'd like to know how to stop these things from being sent to me0
