My wife has won 10,000 pounds according to these peaple and she keeps sending in the form to see if she has won. Then she gets a letter saying they have had sutch a good responce they are extending the closing date to the end of december. I told her before she started to send in the documents that it was a scam but would she lissen no way. Has any one else been in touch with these peaple. would like to know. thanks

If anyone knows of a way to stop them sending letters/goods I'd be glad to hear of it. My father got suckered in to Vital Beauty & Biotonic, now he keeps getting these prize draw letters & unsolicited junk. Because they appear to come from outside the UK mail preference doesn't work. They ignore requests to remove details. When cheapo unsolicited goods are received I've previously returned the invoice part requesting that they collect the goods otherwise we get to keep them after 30 days - nothing's ever collected & he keeps on getting odd bits of junk - never 'invoiced' twice though.

One of the most annoying things is that the 'undelivered mail' address is in Southall & the mail-handling company concerned is, as far as I'm aware, part-owned by Royal Mail, but they don't want anything to do with helping to stop these scams - obviously make too much money out of them.

I am old and wrinkly and ought to know better but I was really pleased that I had won £12,000. I put in my order for a gadget I hadnt heard of let alone knew how to use...silly me!!!!

Anyway, I am like a ferret when someone tries to get the better of me....so...... ....had great fun....took days af research !!!

We could rattle their cage and all turn up to claim our winnings. I need a new car...always fancied a convertible when I retired......hair blowing in the wind and all that.

ANYWAY, NOTICE THAT THEY ARE BOTH LIMITED COMPANIES BUT I DON'T KNOW WHERE WE GO FROM HERE.

I have 'won' 12,500. How can this crook be allowed to con folk into such rubbish as this. My paperwork is all correct - this guy should be jailed for conning those who would fall into his trap.

His paperwork is flawed in as much as in a court of law it would stand u-p and the 'prizes' paid out. Can not collective action be taken against this crooked company?????

Why should this company be flagged down. There are a very successfull company. Nothing no noone in the UK can stop them conducting their 'business'. I congratulate them for being the meanest, crookest, immoral and thieving company on the planet. If only we had the same laws as in the United States.....oh well...guess that dream holiday to the murder capital of the world Caracus will have to be cancelled as I have not REALLY won that £12,500 - Pluezzzze Vital Beauty on this one occasion forward my winnings and I wil promise to buy your junk.... a drowning Irish Seadog

Congratulations but I hope you wont be envious of me...for I have won £12,500 and this is for definite. It shoud be arriving any day now....I asked Borat for his advice and I'm not sure what to make from it....he just said one word "NOT".....mmmmm I wonder. I,m sure their free junk will be as good as their word.

Sorry about that but I guess because of Eve and that apple we live in such a world!

What we did get was between 5 - 10 admailers and "competion winning" letters EVERY DAY.

I have just received notification that I have DEFINITELY WON £14,500.00
but thanks to you I shall not be claiming my prize.
For one brief hour I thought that I was going to be rich.
Oh well! Back to life on my meagre pension.

Hi, I am new here and found this after trying to stop Vital Beauty sending rubbish to a relative as they are a veritable fire hazard and maybe Vital Beauty should consider selling fire extinguishers!
I digress, using the information you posted I researched Emery Ltd and got their website.

It turns out they are data management company and call centre. They not only process all orders for Vital Beauty but they also manage incoming mail by opening it and entering it onto computers.

I am considering sending a standard letter to the PO Box addressed to Vital Beauty and a Recorded Delivery to Emery Fulfilment requesting the removal of address details under section 11 of the Data Protection Act.
