why should i have to accept a small amount for my car if it was in a1 condition with a new mot and low mileage can i insist that they give me replacement value i have looked on the autotrader web site and have seen what they are going for so i have a round about figure i am hopeing for if they dont offer me that amount can i decline to accept and tell them what i have seen sorry didnt mention that somebody ran in to my car and wrote it off i can see them offering me the book value but i cant replace my car with the same on the book value
