Frozen toad in the hole

Thanks for this - I had this exact same question. I've recently had some supermarket cook-from-frozen toads and they were fine but I wanted to make my own and freeze them so I could cook them fresh (single portions for me too).
When you say you grease the foil trays, do you use a generous greasing of lard or what?
And you say you just use a normal basic batter but there are dozens! Could I be cheeky and ask for your recipe as we know it works from frozen?
