I have been using BBC Iplayer for the pat month or so without any problems, video streams fine, however over the past few days it will not stream and comes to a halt every so ofen, sometimes freezing.
I have contacted the bbc and they say certain ISP are limiting bandwith in one way or another, so i was just intrested to see if anyone else is having problems with IPlayer, and what ISP you are signed up with?
I am with pipex, which is now part of tiscali which the beeb say is mre than likely my problem.

I reckon it is usage allowance as the beeb say, this I reckon is how ISP's will never catch anyone downloading illegaly as you could say you were watching a streaming film.
sorry to off on a tangent/tandem err you know.0 -
may not be relevant, but pipex=tiscali, and they don't like the iplayer
Or it may just be the usual traffic management/backhaul issues to be expected with cheap ISPs. Works fine here, but i probably pay a lot more for a connection than you.
