Claim late fees, apply to BT as well?

Is it possible to reclaim these late payment fees from BT?

The bill seems to arrive later and later reducing the time for payment.

Got the latest bill today (19th) bill dated 13th April.

Due date 24th, Its beyond a joke they charged £7.50 for the last late payment when my phone calls are under £4.

When i pay online it says allow 5 working days for payment.

This is on top of the charge they add because i dont pay by direct debit, BT are the last company i would trust with access to my bank account.

So their payment charges are now 25% of the whole bill and my calls are under 10% of the full amount.
