Virgin Trains Booking Problems

    I am having endless problems booking trains on Virgin and other operators that use the same system including the trainline etc.

    All credit cards registered to my address are refused despite the fact that they are all OK. This is affecting my business and my family. They have reset it twice and now just ignore all emails. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Do Virgin trains give a damn about their customers?
