£60 charge from BOS for £4.11

Hi folks. Needing some assistance here. I woke up this morning to find that I was £4.11 over overdrawn and that I will be getting a £63 charge fairly soon for it from Bank of Scotland. (£35 charge & a further £28 charge as i broke my overdraft agreement).

As a student, that £63 is alot of money to be, almost a weeks wage. Does anyone have any advice on how I could perhaps put a stop to it? Anything I could or bring up when phoning/writing to BOS?

Many thanks,
Scott.

If this your first instance of incurring a charge, you may be able to persuade them to cancel it, by telling them this and you're a student etc. Be persistent, but remain calm and polite. Tears are good!!!

Otherwise you'll have to make a claim
