Trying to look ahead to the long term at what a buyer would really want and what would give our house the best selling power eventually.
Intention is to convert a 3 bed (2 tiny singles & a tiny bathroom) by knocking one of the singles into the old bathroom to make a decent size bathroom and adding 2 beds with a shower room in the new extension. This would give us a 4 bed house with an ensuite and family bathroom.
Which would appeal to most buyers an ensuite "guest" room or a shower room that could be accessed off the landing?
Would be grateful for any useful input.
Thanks
MLC
