Crystalski

Just thought that I would let you know how good this tour ops has been.

I booked a holiday with them for new year 08/09 but didn't do it on line as it was not up and running, when the website was working it was offering £200 off per booking, I had not been given this discount when I had booked over the phone so I emailed them asking if I could also have the discount as the website was unavailable at the time of my booking - they agreed and gave me the discount

I have recently returned from a ski holiday with them, the reps were excellent but I did have some info regarding the resort and website I thought they should be aware of, I emailed them and recieved a lovely reply from them taking on board all my comments and said they would change the websites etc given my comments, I then got an email about my new year booking stating that they would ensure that the concerns I raised would be dealt with and that they would ensure that it would not occur on my new year holiday

I am very impressed with this company so if you are looking for a ski holiday then look at Crystalski as their service is excellent

That's good to know Crystalski respond to emails.

I emailed the sister company Thompsonski to point out to them the rubbish treatment lots of us got when our flight was delayed 8 hours (2 slices of manky pizza and a bottle of water, not to mention having to get back through customs and queue through customs again just to pick the voucher up!), and heard nothing back from them whatsoever.

    The skiing was great though!

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
