Just a little rant about "The Range"

I needed 3 picture frames - £7.99 each, only three left and one was slightly damaged, nothing too bad but i wanted an undamaged one, asked the guy if he had anymore and he did not seem to know his name never mind if he had a picture frame :mad:

So went to cutomer services and they said i could have a discount off the damaged one, the manager came over and said yes sir, certanly you can have 5% off!!!! 5% - 40p, i was in such a state of dis-belief i just accepted and payed!

I know the products are cheaper than mosty, but a little customer care goes along way!
