Princess and the Pauper - Toys R Us

Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with the mighty Toys R Us over their advert in the national press last week.
Within their full page advert was the Barbie "Princess and the Pauper" castle for £39.99, which, if purchased before 28th October, came with a free "Princess Analise" doll worth £17.99. Also included in the offer was some free purfume if you spent more than £30 on this range of P&P products.
I placed an order online, and strangely only received the perfume with it.
Toys R Us customer service are completely incompetant, and so far I have spoken with 3 people on the matter, none of which seem able to actualy look at the advert themselves. I have been told so far that "there was no such offer", "the offer was in-store only", despite no mention of it not applying online in the advert or its small print, which fortunately I retained.
Whats annoying me here is that when I speak to people and they tell me that someone else will have to phone me back, I tell them that whoever phones back must see the advert otherwise they are just making blind assumptions, yet when they do, they again havent bothered to do any research, and just want to fob me off. It may only be £18 worth of goods, but it is rapidly becoming a point of principle.
So I am interested to hear if anyone else either bought the product and received the doll, or are having the same problems I am having.

If anyone has ordered this from the Website, you might be interested to know that ToysRUS just phoned me and informed me that the offer was missing from the web site due to a technical hitch. They have now sent me my free doll.0 -
