Advice for a good laptop please

Hi ya,
I'm after a laptop preferably cheap as possible nothing over £350/60 or at a streach £399.
I currently have a dell pc with all the below and would like a laptop to the equivalent but with a webcam facilities.
71.4 GB
win xp
service pack 2
Interl R celeron cpu 2.40GHZ
2.39 GHz
512mb of RAM
