Ebuyer-City link...item not turned up...request info

Hi

I ordered a t.v off ebuyer , andpaid for it to be delivered 7:30 am to 12...Sat in waiting all day ...never arrived, called ebuyer around 6:50,and after checking ,said it had gone missing in city link` warehouse, tracking online shows it had arrived in the warehouse in the early hours of the morning

Now...

Annoyed I took whole day off work and no goods turned up?...any redress on that?

have you contacted your local depot to see if it is there or if it is just late might be delivered today?

city link are terrible - get onto ebuyer, forcefully ask (don't shout/demand) for an email address for a real person. Again be forceful but polite and they should help you out and refund your postage costs too. Other than that you can whistle for it if you think you'll get compensation out of either of them - sorry.
