Hi guys and gals.
Ive just moved into a rented house with washine machine, but the conditoner compartment is missing from the draw, anyone know what part of the cycle ive got to put conditioner in? last rinse maybe? whaich I have been doing, but its just not as soft as it was before, still feels a bit cardboarey!!!

Yes, its the very last rinse before the last big spin. Try giving the clothes a good shake out before you hang them to dry and they might be a bit softer. FWIW, I dont use fabric softner .... I hate the way it makes my clothes feel. But I do use a splash of vinegar in the final rinse of my nappies which softens them nicely for my baby's bum:D0

Or you can buy Comfort Pearls which you put into the drum at the start of your wash. At the moment there are special offer packs where you send your receipt in and get the money back0
