i'm back. Went back to bed at 7 and i've just got up and had a lovely shower but still feel tired. I woke at 9 when the radio came on and I felt very decadent ignoring it!

Poo and misty here I'm afraid.

Shopping coming between 2 and 4 then off to see my boy for a walk which if I'm not awake by then, should do the job!

More AQA as well I guess.

Smashed - could it be the weather?? When I had my Carlton, the slightest sniff of damp and it wouldn't start, I used Wet Start from Halfords and that did the trick. It was the Distributor cap which needed changing. If that solves the problem though, it would get you throug to the MOT at least.

Bad to hear about your car, smashed, if it's not one thing, its another, right?

I just got a couple of b-day cards through the post with some money in them, will use that so I don't take cash out all weekend I think. Where's the thread where you set yourself a spend amount? 30 quid to last till monday (at least)

Then I couldnt get back to sleep-things seem to be very rapidly deteriorating between OH and I-he's stressed because he is doing this Part P electrics course and gets assessed on Monday-and although he says not to worry about money re. no job, he still keeps gving me grief about the MFI one. I just don't know what to do for best-it seems like im damned if I do, damned if I don't so to speak.
    Anyway-enough whinging.

Bunny - I'm on my way up to hit him with a frying pan  You've done fantastically well to move straight into another job - you should be proud of youself for being motivated enough to realise it was going wrong with the last job and doing something about it rather than being backed into a corner if they went under - who knows, it might have taken months to get another job if you'd have done that rather than a week!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

There's so many people on here with OH's who could do with a frying panning.

The mutal frying panning club - think it'll take off?
