Ive a positive balance on my M&S Card - Can I deposit free of charge into a gambling site?

Don't think so. You'd still be charged some sort of fee (cash advance) if you use your card on a gambling website. I am not 100% sure on this, so you will need to refer to your card's terms and conditions. Better use Debit card to gamble.0
