What went on at the last meet please. We are all waiting to hear.PRETTY PLEASE:D
Hi Dalip,
It was all completely civilised and above board; honest.:rolleyes:
We didn't pay for the meal because a very canny scouser complained, and we didn't pay for the wine either, because that was my responsibility and I forgot; selective amnesia.:T:T
There was a lot of hilarity and a couple of peeps got absolutely blotto, the conversation was stimulating and very interesting. Lots of photos were taken, but I'm not quite sure what happened to those, which is probably just as well.:D:D
We were fondly refered to as a "discharge of bankrupts" and probably gave some people the impession that the whole thing was a "bit of a hoot" given the amount we drank, and the genuine laughter and merriment. In all honesty, I think that was more a case of letting off steam after we'd all been through some fairly stressful times.
We were invited back for drinks together with a a number of other "party animals" and what might have resulted in some really outrageous behaviour was defeated by over consumption of alcohol.:beer:
Needless to say, my O.H and I were the only ones left standing, and the only ones who made it down for breakfast in the morning.:D:D
We did manage to conclude the evening in a very memorable way, but that would be telling.:p:p
