i like a little game of bingo and in todays daily mirror there was an ad for a free £20 when you register to their bingo with no deposit required!!!!!

i thought im having some of this, so i went onto their site and there was a sign saying free £20 for new registration.

i filled out the registration name date of birth home address telephone number etc, and clicked next. at this point came a section to put in your credit card details to which it told me that this is only for future deposit requirements. Ok i thought thats seems reasonable, so i entered my card details, at least i was getting £20 to use with NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED and if i lost that free money well at least i had a few games of bingo.

i was accepted as a member and was ready to play!!!!

my free £20 wasnt anywhere in site, i found that i needed to verify my card and deposit a sum of money to receive my free £20, which was free WITH NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED.

Am i missing something here. i cant get my free £20 WITH NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED until i verify my card details with a deposit!!!

Try logging out of the site and logging in again, sometimes helps

If no joy click on Play and go into a game room, at the top of the chat list click on help and ask in there.

They should sort it out for you on the spot
