Well you have to laugh, Darling backs a £50 billion funding to the banks, yet he won't back down on the 10p tax coz it would cost around £7 billion to correct.
As one of the 5.3 million who will lose out, i would just like to say thank you Mr Darling for putting the Banking industry first. but you seem to forget that you have in effect produced 5.3 million negative voters.0 -
Because the £7 billion will be an ongoing expense. However, the £50 billion is a loan which gets repaid with interest.Well you have to laugh, Darling backs a £50 billion funding to the banks, yet he won't back down on the 10p tax coz it would cost around £7 billion to correct. As one of the 5.3 million who will lose out, i would just like to say thank you Mr Darling for putting the Banking industry first. but you seem to forget that you have in effect produced 5.3 million negative voters.
All those short sighted individuals who have had over 10 years of Labour giving them more and then complain when they get one budget goes slightly against them. That 5.3 million that is being thrown around the media also includes all those that are 1p a year worse off as well. The vast majority will notice little or no difference as the amounts are so small.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Nail on the head mate! At least there is a minority who give a toss and aren’t obsessed with bringing doom and gloom to other people and business alike, there is a place for the "doomsday brigade" and it is on an small uninhabited island about 2000 miles south of here.ShelfStacker wrote: »The share price is probably going down because of the negative reactions generated in the media, along the lines of yours.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0 -

Yep and as you have stated it's only the minority who actually does give a toss, so bearing that in mind i think the minority would fit better on that small island.;).0 -
